Today lucky with the weather as we had our breakfast in the garden, Elijah has been serving us daily and he is super great!

Today the sea is super rough, so the ferry cant stop at the five villages only Monterosso and Porto Venere, which turned out to be an unexpected surprise. We loved it, climbed the castle, looked around the shops, swam, sun baked and hired a boat !

We left Porto Venere on the 4pm ferry / death ride , think Wall Street movie, when he loses his yacht, that’s nearly what the sea was like! And the ferry had had its day! Here’s some photos of  some of the villages from the sea—

When we got back to Monterosso I had one more quick walk to do, Peter had enough and needed a Biera, here’s where he sat while I went up to the church on the hill —

This was our last night in Monterosso, so we went back to Ciak for dinner and met two nice young guys from Canada, Sam and Andrew, here’s Sam sharing his Tiramisu with me! (Once again Peter disgusted!)  thanks Sam have a great holiday—
