Today was AMAZING πŸ˜‰ we had a very early start, on the road to Lake Louise by 6:30am to beat the CRAZY crowds and boy was it worth it! We have been staying at Canmore which is an hour away from Lake Louise, as this time of the year the accommodation prices are off the charts. We arrived at Lake Louise by 7:30 got a perfect park and off to the Lake for our first beautiful Photos for the day.
Soon after we all took off on the walk to Lake Agnes and The Little Beehive, which was challenging but OMG sooooo worth it! And even better early as hardly anyone one the hike yet, until later. We split up and Peter and I made it to Little Beehive for the most amazing views of Lake Louise from high above and spectacular surrounding mountains β›°! Lots of mosquitos out this morning only downside. This is the ultimate best hike we both have ever done 😊me!

Our next stop on the hike was at the famous Lake Agnes teahouse, for tea made from water from the lake. We met a lovely mother and daughter from Texas who recommended the backpacker accommodation at the Lake and sat with us. Off back down the mountain and the hike back was so much more enjoyable 😜, down the bottom the crowds have arrived by the bus load a very different place at lunch time. Me busting to go to the Loo, we go into the Fairmont and immediately run back into Sam, Ana, Ivana and Nes. Pretty amazing as their is now thousands of people around, so we all had a lovely lunch in one of the Fairmont restaurants.

Sam and Ana hired a canoe on the lake and had a ball. After lunch we had all had enough as so many people and rude β€”-, so back home to Canmore to freshen up for Anas birthday dinner at Ravens in Banff. A quick walk up the street in Banff and find the restaurant Ravens. We all had a really lovely dinner, Happy Birthday Ana! Home to Canmore by 10pm just another massive day. I’m seriously tired and will put the Photos on tomorrow good night mother and father hope milly is ok XX
