This morning we started a bit late as yesterday was so huge, we walked down to the Eiffel Tower and bought tickets for the hop on off bus. It is a fantastic thing to do in Paris as it covers a huge area and every 2 seconds something else to see. On the bus they supply earplugs and give a running commentary along with French music when they are not speaking, it’s really cool! A few sites along the way –
So our first stop for the day is the Notra Dame, as we didn’t have breakfast we went to try and find somewhere to eat, happen to find the worst place ever, as it’s so touristy around there. I actually wrote on the table cloth worst meal in Paris, as the waiter when explaining the deserts wrote tart on the table cloth with an arrow to me, kind of funny til we tried the food. Anyway after that we went over the road and joined the aye for the church, so worth the wait!
After going through the church we walked out around the corner for the next line up, to go up the 300+ steps to the top! the line was Huge, Peter was so not keen, so he sat over the road in a bar watching til I got to the end, other guys in the line where so jealous as it was more than an hour wait! The climb up again so worth every minute in the line, views fantastic!
After the climb down we wandered around the back of the church, where there’s a lovely garden, and over the bridge-

Heaps more things to see so back on the hop off bus only we didn’t look at the front of the bus, there’s about 3 or 4 different routes, we went for a loop on the blue line, it didn’t matter it just made the day a tad longer! Here’s a few more sites for the day, not much I know but Peter kinda had a snickers moment at about 9/30pm!
After another big day and after mass Peter was feeling generous so he bought me a new Car-
So then we just had to celebrate!
